omnichannel

Sometime contains a hyphen if you’re feeling cautious. The term “omni” means everywhere or everything. The phrase omnichannel relates purely to the commerce and retail industries. This word is often confused by the word “multichannel”. To confuse things more, Hubspot actually defines omnichannel experience as a “multichannel approach to marketing”.
